Inclement Weather Policy: ARTIST WILL PERFORM INDOORS (DECISION TO BE MADE PRIOR TO ARTIST SETUP), PAID RAIN OR SHINE
Artist will arrive a minimum of 2 hours prior to start time for load in and conduct sound check a minimum of 1
hour prior to start time. This event is scheduled to be held outdoors on the Edgewater Grand Plaza under a covered
tent/band structure. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors to a designated spot within The
Edgewater or rescheduled.
AUDIO PRODUCTION & COVERED STAGE PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER. STAGE LIGHTING PROVIDED BY ARTIST. A GREEN ROOM WILL BE PROVIDED WHERE ARTSIT CAN REST DURING BREAKS WITH WATER, BEER & LIGHT FOOD PROVIDED. please park in the parking ramp and load in on the 2nd floor (down) thru the plaza level doors. buyer will provide parking passes to exit the ramp. contact: claire - [email protected]
